our log entry at geocaching.com:

Start of our day with KiwiLeon (in the virtual sense anyway ) – 1st of 6 KiwiLeon finds today (had to skip two along the way due to high muggle population at the time, so will be back! )

Number 1 (3:15pm)

A familiar location for us Great day… great location… Great hide… perfect start to the day :)

Our log entry at geocaching.com:

Last for tonight 8:30pm

Cold, wet, dark, slippery mud… not ideal geocaching conditions … but managed to stay upright :) Both our GPS took us to the fork in the footpaths.. nothing obvious, look at the clue and a search of the area.. nothing.. Put GPS in pocket and decided to think like a geocacher.. nothing.. tried thinking like a 5yr old geocacher.. still nothing.. gave up and waited for Kathy to shout “found it” (I was looking under things a little smaller than the actual hide place)

our log entry at geocaching.com:

5:45pm First of our night
Had this on our to-do list since it was listed and so pleased we were finally able to do it! Sorry to hear the coin was stolen (had old printout of listing so only discovered there had been a problem when we got home!)

Light was still enough to see your way without a torch, but I would advise one, after slipping on the mud at GZ; pulled almost every muscle in my body trying to prevent myself landing *** over ***… But anyway… the view would have been worth it! a really nice little hideaway, will have to come back during the day.

Nice easy find once we relied on Kathy’s GPS (mine is useless under any tree cover) Perfect little hide – Thanks.
